REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refunds for Coaching Services

We offer refunds for unused sessions only.

If a session has already been completed, it cannot be refunded because the service has been delivered.


Eligible refunds:

 

  • Cancelled bookings

  • Unused sessions in packs or memberships

  • Technical issues preventing the session (must be reported within 24 hours)

 


Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable:

 

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Missed sessions without notice

  • Digital strategy documents already delivered
