REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Refunds for Coaching Services
We offer refunds for unused sessions only.
If a session has already been completed, it cannot be refunded because the service has been delivered.
Eligible refunds:

Cancelled bookings

Unused sessions in packs or memberships

Technical issues preventing the session (must be reported within 24 hours)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable:

Completed coaching sessions
-
Missed sessions without notice

Digital strategy documents already delivered
